Getting started:

Open your tube and pick a light color & a dark color from your tube. Set your light color as your foreground & your dark color as your background.

Resize your tube to no more than 400×400-sharpen if needed.

Duplicate tube & minimize one copy.

Pattern

Step 1. Layers-Duplicate, Image Flip.

Step 2. Layers-Duplicate, Image Mirror.

Step 3. Layers-Duplicate, Image Flip.

Step 4. Layers-Merge Visible.

Step 5. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tiling at Default Settings

Step 6. Effects-Texture Effects-Mosaic Glass athe the following settings: 25, 25, symetric checked, 20, 12, 10, 10

Step 7. New Raster Layer-Send to Bottom

Step 8. Flood Fill with your light color.

Step 9. Layers-Merge Visible

Step 10. Effects-Plugins-Blur-Radial Blur at the following settings: 51, Spin, Good

Step 11. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tiling at Default Settings

Step 12. New Raster Layer

Step 13. Flood fill with light color and lower opacity to 50%

Step 14. Layers-Merge All(Flatten)

Step 15. Minimize for later use.

Background:

Step 16. Open a new 200×200 transparent image

Step 17. Set your foreground to the Foreground-Background Gradient with the following settings: 45%, 4 Repeats, Invert checked, & Linear Style

Step 18. Flood fill with your gradient

Step 19. Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise with the following settings: 10%, Uniform, Monochrome checked

Step 20. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tiling at Default Settings

Step 21. New Raster Layer

Step 22. Flood fill with your light color

Step 23. Lower opacity to about 50% to make it text friendly

Step 24. Layers-Merge All(Flatten)

Step 25. Export as jpg

Step 26. Open your minimized tube

Step 27. New Raster Layer-Send to Bottom

Step 28. Set your foreground to the Foreground-Background Gradient with the following settings: 45%, 4 Repeats, Invert checked, & Linear Style

Step 29. Flood fill with your gradient

Step 30. Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise with the following settings: 10%, Uniform, Monochrome checked

Step 31. Click on your tube layer to make it active

Step 32. Effects-3D Effects-Drop Shadow with the following settings: 3, 3, 30, 10, Black

Step 33. Layers-Merge Visible

Step 34. Image-Add Border- 5 pixels symetric in a color not in your image

Step 35. Selct the border with your magic wand

Step 36. Flood fill with your light color

Step 37. 12. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the following settings: #2, 2, 0, 2, 0, 0, White, 315, 50 , 30

Step 38. Effects-3D Effects-Drop Shadow with the following settings: 2, 2, 50, 8, Your light color.

Step 39. Repeat Drop Shadow using -2, -2 instead of 2, 2

Step 40. Select None

Step 41. Image-Add Border- 10 pixels symetric in white

Step 42. Select your border with your magic wand

Step 43. Flood fill with the pattern that you minimized earlier with the following setting: 0, 100%

Step 44. Effects-3D Effects-Outer Bevel with the following settings: #2, 1, 4, 1, 0, 0, white, 315, 50, 30

Step 45. Select None

Step 46. Image-Add Border- 2 pixels symetric in your dark color

Step 47. Selct the border with your magic wand

Step 48. Flood fill with your light color

Step 49. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the following settings: #2, 1, 0, 1, 0, 0, White, 315, 50 , 30

Step 50. Select None

Step 51. Image-Add Border- 2 pixels symetric in your light color

Step 52. Selct the border with your magic wand

Step 53. Flood fill with your light color

Step 54. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the same settings

Step 55. Select None

Step 56. Image-Add Border- 2 pixels symetric in your dark color

Step 57. Selct the border with your magic wand

Step 58. Flood fill with your light color

Step 59. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the same settings

Step 60. Select None

Step 61. Image-Add Border- 20 pixels symetric in white

Step 62. Select the border with your magic wand

Step 63. Flood fill with the foreground-background gradient with the following settings: Angle of 45, 6 Repeats, Invert Checked & Linear Style

Step 64. Image-Flip

Step 65. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the following settings: #2, 5, 0, 5, 0, 0, White, 315, 50 , 30

Step 66. New Raster Layer-Add Watermark

Step 67. Layers-Merge All(Flatten)

Step 68. Export as jpg and Assemble in Letter Creator.
