• Corel Paint Shop Pro - Get it HERE
• A tube of your choice
• Plugin’s: Mehdi & Toadies
• Plugin’s: Filters Unlimited

Step 1. Choose a light color & a dark color from your tube.

Step 2. Duplicate your tube & close the original.

Step 3. Resize tube to no more than 280 pixels in height. Sharpen once if you resized your tube.

Step 4. Edit/Copy.

Step 5. Open a transparent 1200×300 image.

Step 6. Flood fill with your light color.

Step 7. Selections/Select All

Step 8. Edit/Paste into selection

Step 9. Selections/Select None

Step 10. Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling with default settings

Step 11. Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling with default settings again

Step 12. Effects/Texture Effects/Mosaic Glass with these settings: 38, 38, 34, 0, 0, 0, Symmetric checked

Step 13. Effects/Plugins/Medhi/Sorting tiles with these settings: 30 & Plus checked

Step 14. Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling with default settings

Step 15. Effects/Plugins/I.C. Net Software/Filters Unlimited 2.0-Lens Flare-Flare 01 with these settings: Intensity-192 & Flip Horizontal not checked

Step 16. Effects/Plugins/I.C. Net Software/Filters Unlimited 2.0-Lens Flare-Flare 01 with these settings: Intensity-192 & Flip Horizontal checked this time

Step 17. Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling with default settings

Step 18. Effects/Plugins/Toadies/Blast Em with these settings: 19,125

Step 19. Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling with default settings

Step 20. Lower opacity of this layer to 80%

Step 21. New Raster Layer

Step 22. Flood fill the new layer with your light color & lower the opacity to about 35%

Step 23. Edit/paste as tube as new layer

Step 24. Move tube to far left

Step 25. Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow with the following settings: 0, 0, 100, 20, your dark color

Step 26. Add New Raster Layer and add your watermark

Step 27. Layers/Merge All(Flatten)

Step 28. Export at jpg with compression at 20.

Step 29. Assemble in Letter Creator.
