Tools You will Need:

• Corel Paint Shop Pro - Get it HERE
• A tube of your choice
• Mask-MASK-Clouds-_SHVC9
• Plugin’s: Xero(Set 3)-Fuzzifier
• Plugin’s: DSB Flux-Blast
• Plugin’s: VM Instant Art-4 Rings

Open tube & resize it to no more than 400×400. Sharpen if needed. Now duplicate it twice. Close out the original and minimize one of them for now.

Choose a light to medium color & dark color from your tube. Set them as your foreground & background colors. Really light colors do not work well in this tutorial.

Background

Step 1. New raster layer & send to bottom

Step 2. Flood fill this new layer with your light/medium color.

Step 3. Merge visible

Step 4. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tile at Default Settings

Step 5. Effects-Distortion Effects-pixelate with these settings: 10, 10

Step 6. Effects-Plugins-Xero-Fuzzifier with these settings: 9, 194, 255
**Note: If your Fuzzifier has an addition setting of detail, set it to 0**

Step 7. Effects-Texture Effects-Blinds with the following settings: 5,25, white, with both Horizontal & Light from left/top NOT checked

Step 8. Repeat blinds with same settings except this time check the Horizontal box

Step 9. Effects-Plugins-VM Instant Art-4 Rings with the following settings: 231, 162, 204, 220, 148, 177, 109, 95

Step 10. Effects-Plugins-DSB Flux-Blast with the following settings: 10% & Left.

Step 11. Effects-Plugins-DSB Flux-Blast with the following settings: 10% & Right.

Step 12. Effects-Plugins-DSB Flux-Blast with the following settings: 10% & Up.

Step 13. Effects-Plugins-DSB Flux-Blast with the following settings: 10% & Down.

Step 14. Lower opacity to 95%

Step 15. Adjust-Blur-Radial Blur with the following settings: Twirl, 50, 27, 0, 0, 0

Step 16. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tile at Default Settings

Step 17. Adjust-Brightness and Contrast-Brightness/Contrast with these settings: 30,20

Step 18. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tile at Default Settings

Step 19. Layers-Merge-Merge All(Flatten)

Step 20. Export as jpg then minimize.

Header

Step 21. Open MASK-Clouds-_SHVC9 and minimize.

Step 22. Open minimized copy of your tube.

Step 23. New Raster layer-Send to bottom

Step 24. Flood fill with your light/medium color.

Step 25. Effects-Texture effects-Textures-Hatch fine smooth with the following settings: 25%, 0, 1, 0, 0, 315, 50, 30-color is white

Step 26. Click on your tube layer to make it active.

Step 27. Effects-3D Effects-Drop Shadow with the following settings: 3, 3, 50, 8, Black

Step 28. Image-Add Border-1 pixel, symmetric in your dark color

Step 29. Image-Add Border-15 pixels in white, select the white border using your magic wand tool

Step 30. Flood fill with the pattern that you minimized earlier with these settings: angel-0, 10%

Step 31. Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance More

Step 32. Effects-3D Effects-Outer Bevel with the following settings: #7, 3, 0, 3, 0, 0, white, 315, 50, 30

Step 33. Effects-3D Effects-Drop Shadow with the following settings: 1, 1, 50, 15, using your dark color

Step 34. Select None

Step 35. Image-Add Border-1 pixel, symmetric in your dark color

Step 36. Image-Add Border-25 pixels in white, select the white border using your magic wand tool

Step 37. New Raster Layer

Step 38. Flood fill new layer with your light/medium color

Step 39. Layers-New mask layer-from image: choose the mask you minimized earlier and Check Source Luminance & Invert Mask Data

Step 40. Layers-Merge Group

Step 41. Effects-Texture Effects-Textures-Fine Hatch with the same settings as earlier

Step 42. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the following settings: #6, 6, 2, 6, 2, 2, white, 315, 50, 30

Step 43. Select None.

Step 44. Add New Raster Layer & add your watermark.

Step 45. Layers-Merge All(Flatten)

Step 46. Export as jpg @ quality 20
