- A graphic of your choice

Getting started:
Choose a light color & a dark color from your graphic and set them as your foreground & back ground colors.
Header
Step 1. Resize you graphic to no more than 350×350 pixels. Sharpen if needed.
Step 2. Edit-copy (we will use this later)
Step 3. Image-Add border- 1 pixel symmetric in your light color
Step 4. Image-Add border- 10 pixels symmetric in white
Step 5. Select your border using your magic wand
Step 6. Edit-paste into selection
Step 7. Adjust-Blur-Radial Blur with the following settings: Twirl, 50, 27, Elliptical checked, 0, 0, 0
Step 8. Image-flip
Step 9. Effects-Texture Effects-Blinds with the following settings: 2, 35, Your light color, Horizontal & Light from left/top both checked
Step 10. Repeat blinds except uncheck Horizontal
Step 11. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the following settings: #2, 2, 15, 2, 4, 10, White, 315, 35, 40
Step 12. Effects-3D Effects-Drop Shadow with the following settings: 3, 3, 75, 15, Your light color
Step 13. Repeat Drop Shadow with -3, -3
Step 14. Selections-select none
Step 15. Image-Add border- 2 pixels symmetric in your light color
Step 16. Image-Add border- 2 pixels symmetric in your dark color
Step 17. Image-Add border- 2 pixels symmetric in your light color
Step 18. Image-Add border- 2 pixels symmetric in your dark color
Step 19. Image-Add border- 2 pixels symmetric in your light color
Step 20. Selections-Select all
Step 21. Selections-Modify-Contract-10 pixels
Step 22. Selections-Invert
Step 23. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the following settings: #2, 1, 0, 1, 0, 0, White, 315, 50, 30
Step 24. Selections-select none
Step 25. Image-Add border- 20 pixels symmetric in white
Step 26. Select the border with your magic wand
Step 27. Edit-paste into selection
Step 28. Effects-Texture Effects-Mosaic Glass with the following settings: 100, 100, 26, 0, 3, 3
Step 29. Effects-3D Effects-Outer Bevel with the following settings: #1, 8, 0, 20, 0, 0, White, 315, 50, 30
Step 30. Selections-select none
Step 31. New raster layer & add your watermark
Step 32. Export as jpg
Background
Step 33. Edit-paste as new image
Step 34. Resize to 200×200-sharpen if needed
Step 35. Effects-Texture Effects-Mosaic Glass with same settings as earlier
Step 36. Repeat Mosaic Glass
Step 37. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tiling at Default settings
Step 38. Lower opacity to about 35%-50% to make it test friendly
Step 39. Layers-Merge All(Flatten)
Step 40. Export as jpg and assemble in Letter Creator
