- Corel Paint Shop Pro - Get it HERE
- A tube of your choice
- Plugin’s: VideoRave-Tiled Glass
- Plugin’s: Xero(Set 2)-Artgrain

Getting started:
Open your tube & resize to no more than 400×400. Sharpen if needed.
Duplicate tube & close orginal.
Choose a light color & a dark color from your tube and set them as your foreground & background colors.
Header:
Step 1. Edit-Copy (we will use this later)
Step 2. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tiling at Default Settings
Step 3. New Raster Layer and Send to bottom
Step 4. Flood fill with your light color
Step 5. Layers-Merge Visible
Step 6. Effects-Plugins-VideoRave- Tiled Glass with the following settings: 90, 102, 234
Step 7. Duplicate this image and minimize one for later use
Step 8. Edit-paster as new layer
Step 9. Effects-3D Effects-Drop Shadow with the following settings: 0, 0, 80, 15, Black
Step 10. Image-Add border-1 pixel symmetric in black
Step 11. Image-Add border-10 pixels symmetric in your light color
Step 12. Select your border with your magic wand
Step 13. Edit-paste into selection
Step 14. Effects-Reflection Effects-Kaleidoscope with the following settings: 22, -9, 0, 0, 6, 0, 1, Reflect
Step 15. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the following settings: #2, 2, 0, 2, 0, 0, White, 315, 50, 30
Step 16. Selections-Invert
Step 17. Effects-3 D Effects-Cutout with the following settings: 2, 2, 80, 15, Black
Step 18. Repeat Cutout with -2, -2
Step 19. Select None
Step 20. Image-Add border-15 pixels symmetric in your dark color
Step 21. Select the border with your magic wand
Step 22. Effect-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the same settings as earlier
Step 23. Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise with the following settings: 10%, Uniform, Monochrome checked
Step 24. Select None
Step 25. Image-Add border-1 pixel symmetric in Black
Step 26. Image-Add border-20 pixels symmetric in your light color
Step 27. Select the border with your magic wand
Step 28. Edit-paste into selection
Step 29. Effects-Reflection Effects-Kaleidoscope with the same settings as earlier
Step 30. Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur with radius of 10
Step 31. Effects-Plugins-Xero-Artgrain with the following settings: 40, 40, 170, Highlights, 1
Step 32. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the following settings: #8, 6, 2, 6, 0, 0, White, 315, 50, 30
Step 33. Effects-3D Effects-Drop Shadow with the following settings: 5, 5, 65, 8, Your light color
Step 34. Repeat Drop Shadow with -5, -5
Step 35. Select None
Step 36. New raster layer & add your watermark
Step 37. Layers-Merge All(Flatten)
Step 38. Export as jpg
Background
Step 39. Open the image that you minimized earlier
Step 40. Adjust-Blur-Motion Blur with the following settings: Angle at 45 & Strength at 100
Step 41. Resize to 200×200-Sharpen if needed
Step 42. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tiling at Default Settings
Step 43. New Raster layer
Step 44. Flood fill with your light color
Step 45. Lower opacity to about 50% to make it text friendly
Step 46. Layers-Merge All(Flatten)
Step 47. Export as jpg and assemble in Letter Creator.
