Tools You will Need:

• Corel Paint Shop Pro - Get it HERE
• A tube of your choice
• Plugin’s: Xenofex 1.0-Shatter & Eye Candy 3.1-Swirl

Step 1. Choose a light color & a dark color from your tube.

Step 2 . Duplicate your tube & close the original.

Step 3 . Resize tube to no more than 350×350 pixels if necessary. Sharpen once if you resized your tube.

Step 4. Edit/Copy.

Mosaic Swirl Header

Step 5. Open a transparent 350×350 image.

Step 6. Flood fill with your light color.

Step 7. Edit/paste as new layer.

Step 8. Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

Step 9. Effects/PlugIns/Xenofex 1.0/Shatter with these settings: 150, 50, 25

Step 10. Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling with default settings

Step 11. Effects/Texture Effects/Mosaic Glass with these settings: 25, 25, 25, 0, 5, 35, Symmetric checked.

Step 12. Effects/PlugIns/Eye Candy 3.1/Swirl with these settings: 30, 15, 70, 40

Step 13. Edit/Paste tube as new layer Use the mover tool to place the tube where you want it.
Layers/Merge/Merge All Flatten

Step 15. Image/Add Border/ 1 pixel symmetric in your dark color

Step 16. Image/Add Border/ 5 pixels symmetric in white

Step 17. Using your magic wand select your border Flood fill with your light color

Step 18. Adjust/Add-Remove Noise/Add Noise with these settings: Uniform, 25%, monochrome checked.

Step 19. Effects/PlugIns/Eye Candy 3.1/Swirl with same settings as before

Step 20. Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel with these settings: #7, 3, 20, 3, 0, 0, 315, 50, 30, white

Step 21. Selections/Select None

Step 22. Image/Add Border/ 1 pixel symmetric in black

Step 23. Selections/Select All

Step 24. Selections/Modify/Contract 7 pixels

Step 25. Effects/3D Effects/Cutout with the following settings: 1, 1, 50, 10, white

Step 26. Selections/Select None

Step 27. Add New Raster Layer and add your watermark

Step 28. Export as jpg with compression at 20.

Mosaic Swirl Background

Step 29. Open a 100×100 transparent image.

Step 30. Flood fill with your light color

Step 31. Adjust/Add-Remove Noise/Add Noise with the same settings as before

Step 32. Effects/PlugIns/Eye Candy 3.1/Swirl with the same settings as before

Step 33. Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling with default settings

Step 34. Export at jpg with compression at

Step 35. Assemble in Letter Creator.
