Ribbon Satin Tut in PSP
Ribbon elements on a digital scrapbook page add a special touch and are a commonly used element in digital scrap booking. Today I want to share with you a tutorial I have written for making digital ribbon. This Ribbon satin tut in PSP requires an external plugin not included with Paint Shop Pro. This is a sample of the Ribbon Satin tut for Paint Shop Pro.
